MISHA DICHTER, one of the most internationally renowned pianists of our time, is now in the fifth decade of his illustrious career. Mr. Dichter has performed innumerable solo recitals and appearances with all of the world’s major orchestras and made history in 1966 when, as a student at Julliard, he won the Silver Medal in the International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow, and shortly thereafter at Tanglewood with the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
ELLIE BLOETHE has studied many prominent works within the classical and romantic repertoire in addition to chamber music. For the past three summers, she has attended Point CounterPoint, a chamber music camp on Lake Dunmore in Vermont where she has worked with other young musicians and experienced performance faculty. A rising high school senior, Ellie plans to pursue piano performance in college. She currently studies with David Shimoni, and her former teachers include Kapri Thomas and Linda Hinz.
